18th hole - Thornhill

The home hole and the last of a fairly tough finish under normal conditions. A poor drive is likely to be punished by ditches and banks while only the longest drive will allow sight of the bottom of the pin.

Pro's tip: "Guard against being short from the second shot played from an uphill lie. The hole normally plays longer than its strict yardage".
