11th hole - Vesey

The hole is named after the most prominent benefactor of the Royal Town in the sixteenth century. From the tee the hole is a left to right dogleg with the ground falling away to the right. The green and approaches are classic MacKenzie featuring some hidden ground and a two-tier green. A very challenging par four, indeed one of the best in the country.

Pro's tip: "The fairway is wider than it appears from the tee. A drawn tee shot on the marker post presents the best approach to the green".
