Once the Application Form has been completed and returned, you will be contacted and invited to attend an interview with the Membership Committee. Assuming the interview is successful for both parties, a Membership Proposal Form (Pink Slip) will be completed and signed by yourself and your Proposer/Seconder. It will then be made available for all Members.
If you do not know of current Members to propose or second you, the Membership Committee will act in that capacity following interview.
With immediate effect, you will be able to make use of the course and clubhouse facilities for a three week period, as though already a Member. This period is intended to ensure both you and the Committee are happy to complete your application for membership.
If you are not acquainted with existing Members, the management team or Professional staff will be happy to introduce you to a willing Member who will guide and integrate you into the Club.
Upon satisfactory completion of the three week period, you will be sent an invoice including joining fee, subscription fees and any ancillary items. On payment of the invoice, you will receive a Welcome Pack including useful information, your bar card and bag tag.
